The "Job Guarantee" period is defined as 15 months from the date of start of the program. During this period, at any point if the Candidate get an offer from any company, it will be considered as a Guaranteed Job.
The internship or training period are of 9 months from the date of start of the program.
The Candidate has to score above 65% in all assessments/Project Assessments , tests, Interview by Industry Mentors (After Complete Training & Project Completed).
85% attendance in the internship / Training (Live Online or Classrooms) is Mandatory.
In case of any batch change or transfer of batch in that case Guarantee job Conditions will be Null & Void and Refund of Training fee will not be there.
All Videos Uploaded in LMS need to be watched 100% by the candidates .
Fees and dues to be paid on time as per your payment plan.
You will have to attend all interview opportunities organised/presented by The Scholar at any point during the internship or the training program.
On joining The Scholar as an intern/Student, you must understand that placement depends on your knowledge and skills as much as it depends on our training. It is our responsibility to train you well and it is equally your responsibility to study hard and improve across all subject areas/topics during the program.
You must be legally eligible to work in India for at least 1 year following the graduation date of the program.
You must be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that you apply for with potential employers. Without limiting the foregoing, if you fail to obtain a job offer directly or partially due to your failure to pass any background check associated with the job offer you will not be eligible to ask for any refund of program fees
There should be no pending or registered case against you in any court of law, police or any other government or civic body in either India or any overseas territory.
Any non-disciplinary behaviour or action during the training period (including plagiarism) will be considered as a breach of the terms of this program and may result in expulsion from the program. In case of expulsion from the program, you will not be eligible to ask for any refund of the fees.
After completion of 9 month of the internship/ training program, you must be fully active in your job search on its own also. We also encourage & Expect Students or Interns to reach out to a minimum of 800 high-quality networking contacts per month during your internship / Training on LinkedIn.
During the Internship/Training period of 9 months, at any point if you get an offer from any company and accept the offer, you are free to join that company and opt out of the internship. You can continue to attend the classroom/Online training during the Program. In this case, internship Stipend (if any) will only be paid until the day such a candidate has worked as an intern at The Scholar.
The guaranteed minimum salary package for students of this program is INR 5, 00,000 per annum or up to 50% Hike on the Current Pay Package.
Refund of Training fees (in case of all T&Cs being satisfied and you not getting any offer letter from any company even after 15 Months from the date of start of Program ), will be given back after Deducting the GST & Basic Operational & Administration Cost of 25000/- .or else company will pay 30000/- Per Month as Internship till next 3 Months ( after completion of 15 Months Tenure )
During the Training & even After Completion of the Program and within 6 Months also if the candidates gets any call directly and he/she gets selected will be treated as guaranteed placement only, as because of the Quality of Knowledge Transfer the candidate could clear the interviews and got offer.
Any Offer Got from any of the Company Through us or Directly on its own and because of any reason if the person doesn’t accept the offer or after accepting the offer leaves the company within 3 months or company ask him to leave in both cases Job Guarantee offer will be null & void then no refund of training fee will be there.
Once the Candidate gets the Job Offer within the above said Period (i.e. 15 Months) through us or its own, the candidate is bound to pay After Placement Charges(if any) also as informed before joining the program via the mail.
Job Guarantee Programs also has condition that even if The Scholar made there Students sit for 5 Interviews or the candidates gets 5 Interview Calls Directly also during the above said duration ( i.e. 15 Months ) will be considered as Job Guarantee only ,as even after 5 Interview Calls during the above said duration if the person could not clear the interviews it means he has not prepared himself/herself up to a level of industry expectations..
Since we Share the LinkedIn Url to most of the HR’s for Data Analyst / Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer / Business Analyst or Equivalent profiles so LinkedIn Profile Need to be maintained as per the instructions or training given by our Corporate Relations team on LinkedIn with the minimum no. of Connection required on per month basis as mentioned in clause 14 ( else Job Guarantee offer will be null & Void )
